2025 Lake Forest Showhouse
Selected by the 2025 Lake Forest Showhouse Board among 36 designers, R Titus Designs transformed the First Floor Landing & Reading Nook (she renamed The Gossip Room) into a richly layered hideaway. The three-flight stairwell and nook feature a fabric-lined ceiling, custom molding and furnishings by Yellow Mug Custom Shop, and a hand-painted stairwell border by a Chicago artist. Paired with scenic wallpaper and bold pattern, these details contributed to the overall success of the showhouse.
