Founded in South Florida in 2009, R Titus Designs is a boutique interior design firm based in the Chicago area. We offer full-service interior design and project management for clients across the country, with a particular fondness for projects in warmer destinations during the winter. Hint. Hint.
Meet Robin Schwadron
FOUNDER + PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
After graduating from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Robin turned her passion for art into a full-service interior design business that has transformed spaces in Chicagoland, Charlotte and Palm Beach. With her unique ability to pair the old with the new and the interesting with the traditional, Robin specializes in sophisticated designs rich in character. Her work has earned industry recogniztion and been featured in several publications.

When she’s not designing, Robin stays busy serving on the boards of The Hemingway District and Oak Park Women’s Guild. She loves traveling and antiquing with her husband, kayaking and finding any excuse to escape the cold. She also makes time for staying active, spending time with friends and enjoying all the things that keep life outside of work full.
Matilde Montalbano
JUNIOR DESIGNER
Matilde is our Junior Designer with a Master’s degree in Interior Design from Baylor University. She brings an energetic, creative spirit to each project and is involved throughout the design process, from initial concepts and selections to the final details. Her love for design began early, growing up in a family that builds and remodels homes. This background shaped her appreciation for both the creative and technical sides of design and sparked her passion for creating spaces that feel thoughtful, personal, and full of character. -Outside of design, Matilde loves anything that lets her be creative. She enjoys baking, making things by hand, and trying new projects just for fun. When she’s not creating, she loves spending time with friends and family, finding inspiration in the little things around her.
Jessica Daly
PROCUREMENT / OFFICE MANAGER
Jessica keeps R Titus Designs projects moving behind the scenes, managing orders, invoices and shipments to make sure everything arrives on time and ready for installation. With many years of experience as a producer and project manager in the advertising industry and a BA in Art from the University of Wisconsin, she brings a mix of creativity, and attention to detail to every project. An Oak Park native, Jessica lives with her husband, three kids, and probably too many pets. When she’s not keeping projects on track, you can find her running relay races, making time for friends, or heading to concerts with her family.
