Historic Logan Square
It's a small world after all. Robin and the homeowner were friends in high school and reconnected to redesign this historic home in Chicago. Light, bright and now designed with ample storage, R Titus Designs reimagined the kitchen, powder room and den. In the kitchen, Robin brought in more light by adding a window that was bricked up for years and taking an original four-paneled door that leads to the mudroom and redesigning it with recessed paneled glass for additional light to flow in.

The den is now our client's home office, rich in color and statement art. The den now serves as an inspired space instead of merely a passageway to the basement. The powder room was redesigned to be a statement all its own, yet a cohesive space that flows nicely with the rest of the home's design.
